I’m working in CEA LETI and semiconductor R&D activities for 35 years. I started with lithography before being assignee at STmicroelectronics in Crolles for Back end of line R&D. Coming back in LETI, I installed the 300mm Pilot line for 3D integration and developed the first 3D integrations using TSV. I moved 4 years ago on the Packaging for photonics laboratory to take in charge the development on flip chip technologies.

Raul Bravo is the creator and President of Outsight, the company that built the first LiDAR Software Processor. He holds an MBA degree from the College des Ingénieurs (Paris, France) in addition to being a UPC Telecom Engineer from Barcelona, Spain.
