EPIC collects personal data which includes the names, email addresses and photos of individuals taken
from events at which EPIC is present. These are collected from submissions via email, the ‘subscribe to
our newsletter’, or ‘join our mailing list’ buttons on the website, via membership application, or by
registering for an event on EPIC’s website.
WHAT EPIC DOES WITH THE INFORMATION GATHERED
EPIC collects data for the purpose of delivering services and information to you that you have requested
and to correspond with you about its activities and events. EPIC will never pass any information to any
party outside of EPIC unless required by law to do so. EPIC will never give, sell or lease your personal
information to anyone outside of EPIC.
If you have signed up for the newsletter or opt in to receive communication about an event or events via
EPIC’s online event registration form, we will include you on our mailing list for our regular newsletter
