In this session, we will explore the transition of new executive management and strategies to inspire the next generation of leaders. We will also debate whether internal promotions or external hires are the best solution for filling these executive roles.
EPIC established the HR Workgroup to tackle the challenges its members are facing in HR. Recruitment, talent acquisition and retention, hiring outside Europe, scaling photonics companies, etc. are amongst the topics of the Workgroup discussions. Members are sharing their knowledge, helping others and building solutions together during these meetings. Special courses by experts in different related fields are also organized within the scope of this initiative.
