Computer vision has improved the efficiency of many industrial processes, including sorting, traceability, and defect detection…, and photonics technologies have played a pivotal role in its development. Cameras, sensors, illumination, or spectral systems have been widely used in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or food industries.
To solve the incoming demands of the industry, new developments are needed imaging systems with novel developments are needed: imaging systems, pattern matching, sorting, traceability or character recognition and verification are some of the uses of machine vision systems, whose applications extend to all types of markets and industries. New developments are needed to cover the demand of 3D inspection, infrared wavelengths, vision-guided robotics, hyperspectral imaging of processes…
This meeting will focus on new technologies and components for machine vision systems, and to define their future applications, needs, and challenges to be solved by the existing solutions. The final purpose is to generate new business opportunities and to facilitate collaborations across the full value chain.
Target audience: cameras and optical components manufacturers, providers of illumination solutions, system integrators, and companies using machine vision in their industrial processes.
