Dr. F. Pagliano received his Master degree in Physics at the University of Turin (Italy) working on exotic gluonic states of matter at the KEK high energy synchrotron in Tsukuba (Japan). He defended his PhC thesis in Quantum Photonics and integrated semiconductor devices at the University of Technology of Eindhoven (The Netherlands). He has a strong expertise in III-V semiconductor nanofabrication and nanophotonics, quantum devices, metamaterials and lasers. In 2016 he founded the pure play foundry nanoPHAB, delivering custom photonics prototypes and devices to Industrial and Academic customers worldwide. Since 2019 is co-founder and CTO of MantiSpectra, leading the technological development and the strategic commercial adoption of revolutionary spectral sensing technologies.
