During this session we will focus on the perspectives around flexible work and if this trend has reached the photonics industry. Is remote work common in our field? Given the talent shortage in our sector, could project-based contracts be a viable option, or are we still an industry that relies on long-term employment? Those are the questions that will be discussed with representatives from the World Employment Confederation and recruiting agencies like Insight Technology Search and Hays.
