EPIC established the HR Workgroup to tackle the challenges its members are facing in HR. Recruitment, talent acquisition and retention, hiring outside Europe, scaling photonics companies, etc. are amongst the topics of the Workgroup discussions. Members are sharing their knowledge, helping others and building solutions together during these meetings. Special courses by experts in different related fields are also organized within the scope of this initiative.

Events are restricted to members only and recommended for the HR job title / role at the companies.

This marks the final gathering of the year for us. We have set aside this time to explore the values cherished by the younger generation within our company, aiming to empower our members in establishing a suitable working environment. Additionally, we’ll be unveiling our objectives for 2024 and engaging in a comprehensive discussion to gather further ideas on collaborative initiatives.
