Erhan Ercan has over 20 years of experience in consumer electronics, hardware, displays, and semiconductors, specializing in business development, marketing, product strategy, and supply chain management. He currently leads global business development at Morphotonics, a Dutch company with Philips roots, specializing in nanoimprinting equipment for advanced display technology. Previously, he co-founded Ostendo Technologies, where he played a key role in product strategy and go-to-market execution. He also held leadership roles at Digital Video Labs, managing supply chain and manufacturing for a 46” DLP TV, and at Ellipsis Digital Systems, focusing on product marketing for wireless and cellular network convergence. Erhan holds an MBA from CSUSM and a BS in Business Administration from Lyon College.

Murat Deveci is a technical sales and business development leader with over 10 years of
experience in deep-tech industries such as AR/XR, and photonics. He is Vice President of
Sales and Business Development at OptoFidelity, where he leads global partnerships and
growth initiatives. Beyond his corporate role, Murat is active in industry collaboration and
standards development — serving as Committee Chair of IQM3 within the AR Alliance, a
founding member of the AR Consortium, and a contributor to IEC and UL standards for XR
and optical systems. He holds an MSc in Materials Engineering and is based in Santa Clara,
California.
