EPIC Online Technology Meeting on Quantum Metrology and Quantum Sensors
Online Event

In cooperation with

Europe is pushing for the industrialization of Quantum Sensors. This meeting will explore the future applications of quantum sensors such as ion traps, gravimeters, accelerometers, as well as quantum-enhanced imaging systems, such as SPADs and low-lightcameras. In the course of this meeting, we will engage with the key players. That includes companies working on maturing quantum sensing solutions discussing with visionary end-users.

Registration for this event is closed, but if you would like to attend, please contact neringa.norbutaite@epic-photonics.com.

Speakers

Dr. Katrin Kobe is the CEO of the internal start-up β€œBosch Quantum Sensing” and holds a
PhD in physics. She has nearly 30 years of experience with technology companies. Dr.
Katrin Kobe worked as a top management consultant at McKinsey and more than 20 years
in operational top management positions. She has international experience and was
responsible for subsidiaries in Eastern Europe and China. Her industry experience includes
plant and mechanical engineering, automotive, sensor technology, medical technology and
energy. She is a specialist for product strategies, business model innovations and high-value
technology products.

Vincent MΓ©noret is a senior R&D Scientist at Exail (formerly Muquans / iXblue) where he led the development of the first industrial quantum gravity sensors. His work focuses on cold atom sensors for gravity measurements and inertial navigation.

Head of Inertial Quantum Sensors R&D at Exail

Jonathan Steckel is currently a Fellow and Director in Imaging at STMircoelectronics in Grenoble, France, driving the commercialization of colloidal QD image sensor technology and prior to this he was a Lead Technologist at Apple in displays and sensors and the co-founder of QD Vision in Boston responsible for the commercialization of the world’s first QD containing TVs with Sony.

Technical Fellow & Director of Advanced Technology Imaging at STMicroelectronics

As Qnami's Product Director, Marco drives the strategic product roadmap with a focus on customer experience, leveraging his background in electron microscopy and nano positioning.
