15:00 – 15:05 Welcome and Introduction 

15:05 – 15:25  Why use an email tool? What do the rules and regulations say?

– Why should you use an email tool instead of just sending mails with bcc?
– What can happen when you send mass emails from your personal mailbox?
– Which emails tools are available and how should you choose the correct one for you?
– Short intro to GDPR regulations
– How to create your database according to GDPR regulations and how to manage unsubscribes

15:25 – 15:30 Q&A Session 

15:30 – 15:50 Short introduction to segmentation:

You can segment according to the information you get from your contacts, but you must inform them about the data you are collecting and how it is used.

– Some examples for segmenting your emails: Market, Application, Product Interest. If you are targeting different markets and applications, you need to approach them with their specific keywords and application needs.
– Set up your database or CRM system according to how you would like to segment.

15:50 – 15:55 Q&A Session 

15:55 – 16:25 Extract reports and analyze your mailings

– What data is interesting look at and what does it mean.
– What is considered as good (open rate, click to open rate, bounces, unsubscribes etc)
– Use your own reports or if you don’t have the general patterns, for example, it’s generally known that   Tuesday mornings and Friday afternoons are good days for sending mailings.
