Born 1960, Studied: Dipl. Ing Applied Physics in Hochschule Ravensburg Weingarten and Economy at the WWI – Fernuniversität Hagen. Positions as GM, BU Head, KAM and international sales in chemical industry, Laser and UV curing technology, Packaging, logistics and machine industry.
Actual: Sales International @ Diamond SA, Losone Switzerland.
Reto Keller is responsible for our thin-film coatings and optical assemblies used in Consumer applications such as Mobile Phones, Projection Displays and Smart Glasses.
He has worked in product development and product management for the Telecom industry for more than 10 years, including a 2 year assignment in Shanghai, China as Head of R&D, before he has joined Materion Balzers Optics in 2018 as Business Development Manager. Reto has obtained his MBA in International Management from Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences in 2013 and a BSc in System Engineering from NTB in Buchs in 2009.
Georg Draude (General Manager) studied biology at Kassel University with a diploma in microbiology in the field of environmental cleaning. In 1999, he finished his PhD at the medical faculty of LMU Munich. Georg worked for several years as sales engineer for imaging‐solutions in medical and biological research and in the laser industry. He joined Chroma 2010 as key account manager Europe, became European sales director in July 2012 and General Manager of Chroma Europe in September 2015.
Holger Schlüter studied Physics in Aachen and made his PhD at ILT Aachen. He worked 12 years at TRUMPF in Germany and the US in various leading positions. He was CTO and COO of Technolas, a maker of surgical opthalmological laser equipment. Since 2015 he is head of business development at SCANLAB.
Philippe Leopold is Sales Director at Lumentum and responsible for all commercial laser products in EMEA. Philippe graduated from Telecom Physique Strasbourg (France) in 1996 with an engineering degree in optoelectronics, worked for Peugeot
Sport Formula 1, Matra Marconi Space, Alcatel Submarine Networks and JDSU now called Lumentum between 1997 through 2022, and obtained an M.B.A. from Manchester Business School (UK) in 2015.

He has a research background in bio-medical imaging and diagnostics, as well as nano particle characterization. He was CEO of LS Instruments, Switzerland for more than 10 years (2008-2019) and also worked at Roche and Ypsomed in the past.
