The Ethernet Alliance is a global, non-profit, industry consortium of member organizations that are dedicated to the continued success and advancement of Ethernet technologies.
They are the voice of Ethernet, the bridge between the standards and the end users.  They work to advance the adoption and use of Ethernet technologies across markets.
The members include system and component vendors, industry experts, and university and government professionals. Ethernet Alliance members work together to take Ethernet standards to the marketplace. They support and originate activities that span from incubation of new Ethernet technologies to interoperability testing to demonstrations to education
EPIC (European Photonics Industry Consortium) is the world leading industry association that promotes the sustainable development of organizations working in the field of photonics in Europe. EPIC represents over 800 companies and fosters a vibrant photonics ecosystem by maintaining a strong network and acting as a catalyst and facilitator for technological and commercial advancement. EPIC publishes market and technology reports, organizes technical workshops and B2B roundtables, supports EU funding proposals, advocacy and lobbying, education and training activities, standards and roadmaps, pavilions at exhibitions.
The members of the Ethernet Alliance are the users of photonics technologies of which EPIC represents more than 800 companies. EPIC’s mission is to advance technologies by bringing together end users and integrators with it’s membership to address industry challenges and opportunities. The meeting will discuss technology road maps, product and manufacturing challenges and through active networking among participants tackle this challenges.
